Refund Policy – Night X Projects

1. Digital Products & Services

All products sold by Night X Projects are digital goods and/or virtual services related to FiveM IRL trading.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if there is a confirmed fault on our end.

A refund may be considered only if:

• The product or service was not delivered as described due to our error
• The issue is verified by our team
• Support is contacted within a reasonable timeframe after purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• User error or failure to follow instructions
• Compatibility issues
• Account bans, wipes, or penalties (FiveM, Discord, server, or platform-related)
• Third-party actions or enforcement

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible or as store credit at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support violates our Terms of Service and may result in:

• Immediate loss of access to services
• Permanent blacklist from future purchases

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Night X Projects.
