Terms of Service (TOS) – Night X Projects

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service sold through Night X Projects, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase.

2. Digital Goods & Services

All products sold are digital goods and/or virtual services related to FiveM IRL trading.
Once delivery has been completed, the product is considered used and consumed.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the event of a confirmed fault on our end.

A refund may be considered only if:

• The product or service was not delivered as described due to an error by Night X Projects
• The issue is verified by our team
• The buyer contacts support within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Account bans (FiveM, Discord, server, or platform-related)
• User error or failure to follow instructions
• Compatibility issues
• Third-party actions or enforcement

All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Night X Projects.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals through your bank, PayPal, card provider, or any payment service.

Any attempt to charge back or dispute a payment without first contacting support will result in:

• Immediate termination of access to all products and services
• Permanent blacklist from future purchases
• Evidence being provided to the payment processor to contest the dispute

5. Responsibility of the Buyer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

• Understand what they are purchasing
• Ensure the product is suitable for their intended use
• Follow all provided instructions

Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.

6. No Affiliation Disclaimer

Night X Projects is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, FiveM, or Cfx.re unless explicitly stated.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

By purchasing, you acknowledge that use of FiveM-related services may carry inherent risks.
Night X Projects is not responsible for bans, wipes, resets, or penalties imposed by servers, platforms, or third parties.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access at any time if these terms are violated, without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
